Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that our inventory marked "pre-order" is available for pre-order only. By making a pre-order purchase, you understand that your item(s) will ship at a later date.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We offer optional Shipping Insurance to provide additional protection. Due to a recent increase in fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to deny replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If you report your order as undelivered despite tracking confirmation, we will conduct an investigation, assessing each case individually.
